Location: The Llynfi Enterprise Centre, Maesteg & Surrounding Areas
Salary: £14.50 per hour (plus incentives)
Hours: Flexible positions available – from casual roles up to 30 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and respite shifts.

Role Summary
We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Assistants. In this role, you will support adults with learning disabilities in a variety of activities tailored to their interests and goals. This may include social outings, attending appointments, holidays, and developing life skills for greater independence.

Essential Requirements
